We are looking forward to you joining us at the 14th Annual Medical Professional Liability (MPL) Insurance ExecuSummit.  The event will be held at the world class Mohegan Sun Hotel, Casino & Spa’s Cabaret Theatre in Uncasville, Ct. on October 16th and 17th.

    The theme for this year’s Summit is the changing healthcare landscape and the importance of thinking to the future.  With machine learning, AI, chat bots, IoT, wearables, telemedicine and more increasing patient expectations with regards to customer experience, self-service capabilities and transparency, healthcare is transforming rapidly.  For those who do not adapt to change and appreciate what patients expect from their own customer experience, they may be the ones looking out the rear-view mirror as the car they are driving in is quickly approaching a sharp turn!
